Before You Begin Your Stress Assessment
This assessment uses the Perceived Stress Scale, a widely recognized tool designed to help you understand your stress levels.
The questions will ask about your feelings and thoughts over the last month. For each statement, simply indicate how often you felt that way.
While some questions may seem similar, please treat each one individually. Your best approach is to answer fairly quickly, providing a reasonable estimate rather than trying to recall every single instance.
For each question, choose one of the following:
